Shipping, Delivery & Policies

General Shipping information:

Samsung's Standard and White Glove shipping methods allow for shipments to all 50 United States and the District of Columbia. At this time we do not ship to U.S. territories, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.

If inventory is available, most orders leave our warehouses within one (1) business day from the date the order has been accepted and confirmed.

Deliveries typically occur Monday through Friday (holidays excluded), during normal business hours.

Multiple Shipments

In order to deliver your order as quickly as possible, Samsung may ship items from different warehouses. This will not increase your shipping charges.

Partial Shipments

Products from the same order are often shipped from different warehouses, or at different times based on item availability. When this occurs, the status of you order may be labeled 'Partially Shipped.' Partial shipment of an order is at Samsung's discretion and will not increase your shipping charges.

Signatures Required

To ensure that your Samsung purchase arrives safely, we require that someone sign for your order when it is delivered.

Tracking Your Order

When an item from your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which will include a tracking number that enables you to track the progress of the packages from our warehouse to the address you specified. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before your order tracking information is available from the carrier's tracking system. That means even though your package has already shipped to you from our warehouse, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 24 hours.
